Navigating life after breast cancer can be overwhelming. The transition from active treatment to survivorship often leaves patients feeling isolated, uncertain, and unsure of how to regain a sense of normality. The truth is, the person who begins the cancer journey is not the same as the one who finishes it. Cancer changes you physically, emotionally, and mentally and the road to thriving can feel daunting.
This retreat is all about bridging that gap, offering tools, resources, and support to help you not just survive but thrive after cancer. Together, we’ll focus on how to embrace life after treatment, navigate the challenges of recovery, and discover renewed strength and purpose.
